The Animal Control department is part of Code Enforcement and enforces the county pet-related ordinances and citations.

  • Do not give out these numbers to the public.

The below On-call Officers are only available until 6 p.m. Mon - Fri. For anything after hours, please instruct the customer to call 911.

  • On-call Officer - West: (813) 612-5375

  • Supervisor: (813) 612-8451

If a member of law enforcement states that they are unable to connect to Animal Control over the radio, please refer them to the special LE contact number at (813) 612-5382.
